I have had an auto warranty denied by veritas based on inaccurate and only partial information. When I rchased the auto

Customer: Hello, i have had an auto warranty denied by veritas based on inaccurate and only partial information.
Lawyer’s Assistant: I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Can you provide more details about the inaccurate and partial information that Veritas used to deny your auto warranty?
Customer: When I rchased the auto I purchased the extended warranty at the same time. The car was sold with a front caliper that had a broken bleeder screw.  Now! Veritas is dying a claim w/o that information an claiming that the reason my brakes are seizing is because of my negligence.  The brakes began seizing in late July and because of extenuating health circumstances didnt need the car. I took it to a local shop and they discovered that the caliper had a broken bleeder screw that had been epoxied over. The BMW garage has said that they need to replace the calipers before they can fully diagnose the problem and will not intervene by providing them with with additional information on my. Behalf.
Lawyer’s Assistant: Have you tried contacting Veritas to address this issue? If so, what was their response?
Customer: Yes I have on friday. The response was not what i expected.  I asked how to make an appeal or speak to the adjuster directly and got no response.
Lawyer’s Assistant: Is there anything else the Consumer Protection Lawyer should know before I connect you? Rest assured the Consumer Protection Lawyer will be able to help with your auto warranty denial and appeal process.
Customer: The car in question was purchased in april of 2021. I have driven the car less than 4,000 mi. I have long-term Covid symptoms for the past 18 months and a brain bleed last March so my driving has been severely limited during that time period.
